I purchased seven of these for my family camping trips. These are the best price military water jugs that are authentic anywhere on the market. You will pay $40 or more anywhere else per jug. These are extremely durable and can take a lot of abuse. I did not run into any leaks from the breather valve or the main lid. I did not over tighten anything, they worked perfect for what I need them for. It’s worth spending the extra money on quality water containers versus the cheap blue aqua-tainer. Those ones will crack and break after a few uses. These ones will last you the rest of your life. Buy them once and never have to buy them again. I served in the Marine Corps for 5 years as an infantryman and I swear by the quality of these containers.
