Warranty Information & Return Policy

TAG's Lifetime Warranty:

TAG warrants its manufactured nylon products against any defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product. If any manufactured defect in workmanship or materials is found in any of our products (a “Defective Product”), we will repair or replace it, free of charge, for the lifetime of the product. TAG’s lifetime warranty DOES NOT cover (i) the normal wear and tear associated with tactical nylon products and (ii) products damaged due to abuse, neglect, vandalism, fire or flood. Normal wear and tear includes but is not limited to burns, cuts, webbing being torn off or cut off, gear that has been modified or changed from its original configuration, frayed webbing, nylon or thread. TAG customers are 100% responsible for any and all return shipping charges for Defective Products. Please do not send any items back unless you have first received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a TAG customer service representative by calling 1-877-524-3478. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. If you have purchased a TAG product from an authorized dealer and not from TAG directly, you will need to return your Defective Product(s) to that dealer for an exchange or refund. If your Defective Product(s) have been issued to you from a military supply ordering activity, command, LE agency or Federal agency, you must return them to your supply department for replacement. TAG reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether a product is defective, and in the event that TAG determines that a product has been returned to TAG and that the product is not defective, the product will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s cost.

Returns & Refunds:

We will gladly accept any returns. The item(s) must include all of the original packaging and receipt. Return requests must be received within 30 days from date of date of delivery of product. The item(s) must be unused and undamaged. All returns will be carefully inspected before giving a refund, credit or exchange. The return must be shipped back to our warehouse within 10 days of being provided return authorization. If product not received within 10 days your authorization is subject to be cancelled. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. . CLEARANCE GEAR IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURN.
