You can detach it and drop it on the scene of a mass casualty situation and keep moving towards the threat. You can take it off and toss it to someone else under fire without exposing yourself. These can be pre-loaded so once you return back you can pick it up and swap medical pouches in seconds if yours has been used. The pouch uses the G-Code® RTI Wheel™ as an attachment system. If you decide to buy this make sure you also purchase the G-Code molle adapter. The pictures make it seem like it's included and it's not. $80 for the med pouch plus and additional $30 for the g-code attachment makes this not worth it. Felt a little ripped off but also my fault for not finding out first if it was included. Like the overall size of the pouch. Nice and compact and can fit a lot of stuff if packaged right.

I have purchases similar med pouches for 20 or 30 dollars less. It's great quality but to charge 80 bucks is nonsense.
