The belt holds up to whatever you throw at it. I recommend a riggers belt or cobra belt with it. Held up for a year so far with NO damage to any of the belt. I've used it semi hard on the weekends for 52 weekends. It'll hold whatever you put on it and won't slide around at all. I recommend it.

great fit, size fit perfectly
I bought this as a second off duty training belt. It is light weight and comfortable. I like the slots between the molles to slide the belt outside to use with other pouches. I have a 32-33" waist and the medium belt fit perfectly with about an 1/2-1" space. Now all I have to do is put the pouches on it. Definitely recommend this product.

Excellent design! Sizing not accurate.
The design is great, I tried an hsgi slim grip belt pad, but this is better. The molle spacing is better allowing pouches to weave properly, molle at very top, space, molle at very bottom. Pad is about 3 inches tall, perfect. Very comfortable, not hot. But... The website list the pad at 32 1/2 inches length, belt is 31 inches, label even says 31.
