Shipping Policies:

TAG by LCI Policies:

  1. All orders will be paid for at time of order.
  2. Standard shipping costs DO NOT apply to shipments going to Hawaii, and Alaska. Additional costs will be calculated and charged at the time of shipment.
  3. All packages will be shipped ground as a standard method of shipment.
  4. All FPO/APO, and P.O. Box shipments will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
  5. Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Air are available with increased charges. Please indicate in the customer comments section of your order form if you would prefer one these methods.
  6. International Shipments: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and any additional freight charges. TAG by LCI will ship all
  7. International Internet orders complete.
  8. TAG by LCI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  9. All internet orders will ship Monday- Friday, within 1-2 business days of order placement.

TAG by LCI Return Policy:

  1. Any and all return requests must be made with 30 days upon receipt of shipment.
  2. All returns must be received back in the warehouse within 5 days of receipt of the RMA number.
  3. No refund will be applied to shipments that are refused at the time of delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  4. All Sales are final on all apparel and closeout/overstock items.
  5. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued by a sales representative from TAG, and must accompany all returns. No refunds will be issued without an RMA number.
  6. Any order returned through no fault of TAG (such as size, or color choice); will be charged a 15% restocking fee. There are no exceptions to this All returns due to error by TAG by LCI will have any and all fees waived without question.
