I bought a six mag coyote version of this pouch 5 years ago and it lasted my entire Iraq deployment without a scratch. I now use it when I go to the range as a civilian and it looks like new. I wish I could get the Marine Corps to issue these. The only warning I would give is that the six mag version can make your chest rig heavier on one side when filled with a combat load so make sure the gear is balanced. As another note, the bungee strap around each pouch works very well in my opinion if you choose to tuck the Velcro flap in for faster mag access. I chose to use the flaps during the deployment just to keep sand and dirt out and to feel a little more secure.
