Shipping and Returns

Tactical Assault Gear Policies:

1. All orders will be paid for at time of order.
2. Standard shipping costs DO NOT apply to shipments going to Hawaii, and Alaska. Additional costs will be calculated and charged at the time of shipment.
3. All packages will be shipped ground as a standard method of shipment.
4. All FPO/APO, and P.O. Box shipments will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
5. Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Air are available with increased charges. Please indicate in the customer comments section of your order form if you would prefer one these methods.
6. International Shipments: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and any additional freight charges. Tactical Assault Gear will ship all International Internet orders complete.
7. Tactical Assault Gear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
8. BACK ORDERS: All INTERNET orders will be shipped complete. Partial shipments are available ONLY at customers request, additional shipping costs will be added for each shipment.
9. All shipping and handling rates are for domestic ground shipment. Non- Domestic and International shipments may require additional postage fees.

Shipping and Handling Fees:
All orders exceeding $ 500.00 will have shipping total calculated and charged at the time of shipment. Maximum weight is 20 lbs. for these rates. All packages weighing more than 20 lbs. will require additional postage and will be calculated at the time of shipment.

Tactical Assault Gear Return Policy:

1. Any and all return requests must be made with 14 days upon receipt of shipment.
2. No refund will be applied to shipments that are refused at the time of delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy.
3. All Sales are final on all apparel and closeout/overstock items.
4. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued by a sales representative from TAG, and must accompany all returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
5. Any order returned through no fault of TAG (such as size, or color choice); will be charged a 15% restocking fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.
6. All returns due to error by Tactical Assault Gear will have any and all fees waived without question.
