Buyer
Description:
- Responsible for the replenishment of TAG Finished goods & Buy/Sell tactical products for LCI Distribution facilities and stores while following up with suppliers for on time and complete deliveries.
- Forecasting to supplier, price negotiating, and vendor fill rates.
- Evaluate and setup new vendors and introduce new products. Manage inventory levels.
- Verify quantity and quality of stock received from manufacturer.
- Prepare and deliver Sales Reports to Director of Purchasing Monthly.
- Conduct meetings with sales personnel to introduce new merchandise.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, and CPM or CPIM preferred.
- Five years' experience in supply chain to support distribution, manufacturing and retail store operation environment.
- Significant sourcing and negotiating experience.
- Excellent technical knowledge and communication skills; demonstrated analytical ability; excellent problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain management, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Tactical Account Manager- National Guard/Reserve
Description:
- Lead efforts to develop and capture tactical product sales related business within the United States National Guard & Reserve forces.
- Candidate will be required to identify sales lead efforts that directly result in tactical product sales.
- Candidate will also provide support to the organization's leadership and act on its behalf as needed.
- Execute all corporate tradeshow and conference requirements as needed.
- Candidate has accountability to shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer needs, opportunity value, the competitive environment, and the corporation's best interests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/education with 3-5 years or more of successful tactical product sales experience.
- Demonstrate proven track record in military tactical product sales. Experience in the DOD environment in identifying, qualifying, capturing and working tactical product related programs.
- Ability to think strategically, create and execute a strategy, per corporate direction, that enables the sale of tactical products within specified/assigned sales territory.
- Ability to craft and present strategic opportunity briefs to senior corporate executive and military leadership; understand and articulate customer tactical product requirements.
- Must have excellent communication, relationship building skills, and works extremely well with people.
- Be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize multiple programs and opportunities.
- Be familiar with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) processes.
- Prior military experience is highly desired.
- DOD logistics and/or material acquisition experience/training is highly desired.
- Knowledge and experience with proposal development and response is desired.

Plotter Cutter Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Our selected candidate will:
- Develop patterns and layout for products to be cut and shipped.
- Develop kit layout program. Help track raw material inventory.
- Supply raw materials to Prep Dept. or outside vendors as needed.
- Cut material into specific designs using Gerber Cutter.
- Layout material into specific designs using Gerber Cutter.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate effectively with manager and co-workers.
- Must have computer experience and able to use Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have at minimum 1 year recent and specialized experience using a Gerber Machine; Plotter and Cutter.
- Previous experience in a production environment.
